Tod Enginehouse


Six foot square by 12" thick reinforced concrete pads were poured to spread the column loads to the soil.  Each pad is designed to support a maximum load of 100 kips.

August 19, 2009- Next the forms were built for the south piers.

August 20, 2009- Pouring the south piers.

October 4, 2009- With the north piers completed we erected the columns and begun placing the wall girts in place. 

October 11, 2009- Installing the roof purlins.

October 14, 2009- The basic framework is complete. 

October 20, 2009- Roof sheeting 75% done.

October 21, 2009- Interesting view of the Tod Engine from the manlift as we were erecting the siding.

October 23, 2009- Roof is complete and the north wall siding is being installed.
